Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items with damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us with your order number, name, and reason for return. Once approved,
we will guide you through the return process

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to damage or missing packaging, we will notify you through email or
WhatsApp

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size

Wrong item received

Defective or damaged item (proof required within 24 hours)

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, you will receive a refund or
store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or discount
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed
or shipped.
